A wave of petitions have been submitted to the we the people, your voice in our government website requesting their state be allowed to peacefully secede from the United States. Citizens in the following states filed petitions Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming.  The petition representing the state of Texas has received 86,364 signatures so far and should receive well over 100,000 before December 9th.

Not that I agree with the petitions, but these people do have the right to voice their displeasure in regards to the direction of our country. If America is truly a democracy then they have the right to file their petition, collect their signatures and move on.

With the rise of every great Nation there is a fall history has proven this to be true. Maybe this is the beginning stages of the collapse of our nation, a nation who will fight itself from within? Maybe this is the beginning of a revolution? One that will tear our country apart and cause it to fail? Who honestly knows? Only time will tell. If we consider the recent events around the world, how many uprising have occurred in the past 4 years? Can it happen to the United States? Sure it can, you would be a foolish to believe it can't or never will. Remember, we never thought for one moment our country would be attacked, but 9/11 happened leaving many feeling helpless. Anything is possible when you consider how unpredictable people truly are.
